Attached is an article I read on the need to consider providing paid Menstrual leave to working woman adults in our country. Though no legislation has been passed yet so far time is not far. Strictly speaking its not a subject of 'gender equality' for obvious reasons. But at a time often we come across many instances of young mothers are relieved of employment immediately after delivery and no.of grievances being raised connected to these how such a measure will find favour with employers, a moot point.
