Hi, I have worked in three companies:

1) HCL
2) my second company
3) my third company(latest one)

I joined HCL in Mar 2019. Then I joined the second company on Mar 2020

When I joined my second company, I transferred my PF from my first company, HCL, to my second company. After some time, I left my second company. Then after leaving my second company.

Then, after some time, I joined my third company. Now, when I transfer my PF from my second company to my third company (latest), it is getting rejected due to the following reasons:

They say the EPS contribution is missing from the employer. However, when I checked my passbook, I realised that only the PF component, i.e., the employee and employer share, is there, and the pension amount is not there.

Now I was suggested to go to HCL and get my EPS contribution.

My Query:
Can there be a case that HCL did not make an EPS contribution? If yes, then I can see the EPS contribution by the second employer. What should I do in this case?

And by using which form?

Thanks
