i read your this article. was actually just broiwsing through and got a hold on your topic.i actually wanted to learn what 360 degree is all about. thanks for your help. i guess now i can atleast relate what 360 degree is all about.
wellu rightly stated that 360 degree is advantageous as well as disadvantageous...
but after understanding what 360 degre is all i feel it should be implementd...
if an employee gets a positive remark he is happy :D
but if he gets a negative remark he is sad :(
in any case the employee doesnt know who has posted the reamark..
in case of any bad feeling he will try talking to his colleagues and peers. but overall the advantages of 360 degree dominates the disadvantages.
