Respect Members, I have recently joined a new organization which is an engineering and manufacturing Company with the employee strength of around 1500 people. Most of the employees are Blue Collard Workers and basis my past experience, I am unable to figure out how as a New HR, I can engage the employees and create employee Satisfaction and Retention. I would request members here to guide me on some strategies/ techniques and ideas on Blue Collared employee's engagement.
