My employer gave me a bottom rating after spending 3 months in the system and decided to put me on PIP and at the same time i informed of my pregnancy news. He than did not initiate PIP but gave me 3 months to find another job in the market. After 3 months I refused to resign and now he denied giving maternity benefits as it is unfair for organisations to provide maternity benefits to bottom performers he wanted me to leave within 3 months but i backed out later. Now he is putting pressure to summarise my reason and discussion on email as there were no records of communication.

Pls help with what can be done here.
