Hello, I want to understand the employee opinion survey from an HR consultancy point of view, what are the types and if anyone can provide me with the format or questionnaire? thank you

The Employee Opinion Survey is basically two types, a general one wherein the general opinion of employees with regard to the firm is ascertained or it can be contextual, i.e., with regard to any specific proposal of the management, say a proposed change in promotion policy. There are standard opinion surveys available in the literature on the general surveys and context-based surveys have to be suitably tailored. The survey can be held by taking a suitable sample of the study unit (at least 10%) which could be elaborate, time taking and involve sizeable expenditure or it can be a Dip Stick survey which limits the survey to a few numbers available, is fast and may not be very accurate. It is done to get a feel of the matter.

Diversity and Inclusion Surveys:
