A member had withdrawn his PF amount from his previous PF account but eps share still there. Now when he applied for online transfer of previous service, claim got rejected with a note saying 'Claim has been rejected due to: 1) CLAIM FORM 19 SETTLED. APPLY FOR SCHEME CERTIFICATE FOR EPS SHARE. Now, when he tries to apply thru UAN login under 'online services' it give him only one option which is PF Advance withdrawal. My query - How can he apply for Pension Scheme certificate. Should he submit the old manual claim form 10C and select 'willing to accept Scheme Certificate'. Please advise.
