Hi, Recently i joined a Steel contractor and they want to create KPI & KRA for Steel Fabrication Labor, kindly share the formats for Steel Fabricator, fitter, painter, Welder, helper and foreman.
From India, Chennai
Foreman is a supervisory staff and his KRA & KPI should be on the basis of his expected deliverables as will be decided by the management based on his nature of job.

Fabricator, welder, fitter, helper etc. KRA & KPI may be on the basis of his DRW ( Daily routine work ) and some other criteria e.g. attendance, punctuality , behavior etc.

Hi Syed Sadqatfhullah
Certainly! Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) are essential tools for measuring and evaluating the performance of employees in any industry. For a steel fabrication labor team, here are some suggested KPIs and KRAs for different roles:
Steel Fabricator:
KPIs:
Production Output (measured in tons or units)
Fabrication Accuracy (% of pieces meeting specifications)
Safety Incidents (number of incidents)
Waste Reduction (scrap material percentage)
On-time Delivery (% of projects completed on schedule)
KRAs:

Fabrication Quality Assurance
Safety Compliance
Productivity and Efficiency
Process Improvement Initiatives
Material Utilization Format:
KPI: Production Output
Target: 100 tons per month
Actual: 110 tons per month
Variance: +10%
KPI: Fabrication Accuracy
Target: 95%
Actual: 96%
Variance: +1%
KPI: Safety Incidents
Target: 0 incidents
Actual: 2 incidents
Variance: -2 incidents
Fiter:
KPIs:
