Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies ) Act renders it mandatory to notify the vacancies to the nearest Employment Exchange, but, importantly, it is not restricting the employer to limit the choice of candidates to those sponsored by them. You can as well issue press advertisements or use any other means to attract suitable candidates. It is only to notify the vacancies, nothing beyond it.
