Our CA is ignoring to meet him he is saying nothing will be happen, we are confuse. what to do now, as advice by our CA can we take this showcase notice lightly or it is better to meet concern officer and try to settle this issue in good manner and what would be its legal consequences please advice.

While obtaining PTEC you should mention the details of the directors as well.
As you have separate PTRC are you deducting the PT amount from the directors & remitting the same? if so then you can submit the proof & close it.
You can't ignore any Show cause notices from any of the government authorities & the penalty for non submission of PT returns is Rs. 1000/- per year
Authorities have right to attach the notices to Bank & they can freeze bank account & can take proceedings by court as well

It is legally required for each director to take a PT number in his own name and pay the PT.
Failure to do so, the officer can issue showcase and penalty.
You need to check, I think the penalty is ₹ 1000
