Hello everyone, I have been working in a start-up for more than a year, and now I have got an offer from a multinational corporation. I have an offer letter, appointment letter, salary slip, increment letter, and experience letter from my previous company. However, I didn't have a PF account, and my previous company is still active. If I do not have a PF account, will there be any problem in doing my background check? Please answer me

Hi, Multinational Corporation will check about your past employment details (provided by you) is genuine or not only. So as long as the given details are correct then nothing to worry. You don't have PF Account is not a criteria of BGV.
