Workers are not paid double the wages for working overtime and on Sundays. And also How could i rectify this from compliance

Security guards are paid 8 hours for working 12 hours and are not paid the applicable minimum wages. Overtime/Sunday working on additional shifts and on Sundays. Uniform charges are deducted from their salary. need corrective action process details for this

Hi, You can rectify it by making the double wages. (or) Avoid calling the workers on Sunday / not making the workers to work beyond work hours.

5 out of the 7 workers sampled did not have employment ID numbers and upon checking it was noted that they are casual workers hired through contractors without yet being brought on company roll and covered under statutory benefits. It was learned that around 35 workers are employed through contractors but they're actual in and out time and actual wages paid as per the number of pcs provided and no of hours worked etc could not be verified.
