Can someone help me out with Mid term appraisal criteria, what should be the duration of the same from the date of joining of employee
What parameters (how does mid term cycle should flow) it should include , as per my views mid term appraisal only takes place when employee is performing extraordinary and this happens in 30 to 40 % only , please correct me if I am wrong.
Please guide on this
