I am the HR MANAGER at a 150-bed hospital; we have a PF consultant on staff who will advise us on all issues.But I need your help on one point: a new employee will be joining the organisation; what documents will be required from the newcomer, and how will we keep the PF procedure opening procedure pending (because the new employees will leave within a month or so).
I need to prepare papers as per the audit purpose and follow the perfect criteria.

Hi,

You are talking about evading PF payment for one month due to uncertainty whether employee will continue or not ? You cannot hold PF so. If Attrition % is on the higher side please find out the reason as to why employees are leaving in short period.
