Exit Interview Grievance & Suggestion...? Is it any grievance or suggestion made by a left employee through his exit interview? If the grievance is genuine, conduct an enquiry and find corrective steps so that such grievances will not repeat. If a suggestion, study the content and do necessary changes as required.

Take the Grievance first. See if there is any merit in it. If you don't find any merit in it, drop it. If it has some sense, then conduct a preliminary enquiry and prepare a report based on that and submit it as a proposal to the management.

Take the suggestion. Depending upon the nature of the suggestion, involve other persons and brain storm ideas and then submit as report based on that as a suggestion to the management.

I don't know what else do you expect. Please elaborate.
