Hi All, I have a question related to BGV if the teacher is working in a school without educational documents for ten long years and now new management is requesting documents do we have any alternative ways to retain the employee?

Dear member,

Your query is confusing. Have you raised the query on behalf of the teacher or the management? Moreover, a teacher worked in an education institution for more than a decade. Now why does management wants to check the documents? Why the eligibility check was not done at the time of recruitment?

Please provide us with sufficient information.

Thanks,

Dear Sir

I have raised a question from HR end earlier employees has not raised this question with the management even after receiving bgv report as fake educational documents still retained her..but now management is reinitiating bgv for all...but present authority wants to retain her ....for which I need the ways to help that employee as well as authority

Your first question should be - is there a legal requirement for teachers to have recognised teacher qualifications? The answer to that question dictates what the following actions will be.

A reading of the Indian Education Act may be in order, or a discussion with the school's legal team to ascertain the legal requirements.

However, it looks reasonably certain she will fail a BGV. And the question of fake qualifications is still to be addressed.

Hello Greetings,
In view of above if concerned teacher is famous and really capable of teaching students then no problem management can continue with him/her.
His/Her educational eligibility and background should have been verified at the time of recruitment. It represents a poor management.
It seems that related management wants to take replacement of current teachers that's why management has taken such step.
