a. Fellowship Program(14 months)
b. Licentiate Program (6 months)
Fellowship Program is for people having more than 4 years experience in HR. It helps them to be a change leader and put an impact on development of HR. Fellows in this program have high experiences and reflect all aspects of contemporary and intellectual professional thought and activity in Human Resources. It involves 11 certification courses, along with various live projects which helps them link their learning to the practical application in various organizations. their support in the publication work helps in impacting HR society at a broad stage.
