I had recently been relieved from a Public Sector Bank after tendering resignation. I was employed with the Bank for 7.5 years and I am eligible for gratuity and PL encashment. Two months and 10 days has passed after my relieving date, however, the Bank is yet to process the settlement of my Gratuity and PL Encashment. In this regard I desire to know about the timeline prescribed as per labor ministry for process of the same. And I would also like to be guided about how to proceed with the same in a professional way?
