Hi,

As HR Generalist you will be expected to act as a bridge between
management and employees. While you can perform the mundane role of HR Executive (like maintaining Attendance, sourcing resumes and scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters, maintaining employee files etc with the help of some forms and formats) to get into in-depth functions of HR one require related qualification and also proper training under experienced HR.

If you do not have requisite qualifications, at least you need work experience to compensate that. Or else, you will be struggling at every stage, not knowing what to do. I have content for online training on HR - How to become an HR professional. If interested, please ping me Ofcouse, it costs, as I will be spending my time with you.

Best wishes
