Hi, I have 5 years of experience in HR profile as HR Generalist.But due to some peronal problems i took career break . But now i wanted to restart my professional career. I m getting calls from good companies but becoz of the 4 years career gap companies are not considering my profile .
could anyone suggest me what should i do next to restart my professional career ?

Hi, You need to explain the genuine reason for the break in your career and should also give a positive hope that now you are very much ready to take up the new assignment with full vigour. Also you should be willing to negotiate on compensation part as most companies tend to fix your last drawn CTC and even less than that considering your break. You should accept it to kick start your career again.

Highlight the significant task handled by you in the last employment and demonstrate how you can use your skill set towards the growth of the Organisation.

Hi,

I have 5 years of experience in HR profile as HR Generalist. But due to some personal commitments i took break for 2 years but during this covid i got sick so it took lot of time to recover myself. i am feeling better now and looking for job in HR field nd start my career again. But problem is that not getting selection becoz of career gap and also i am thinking i need to update my skills and knowledge in my field so i can perform well. For this i have searching so many courses and tranining center here(Bangalore) but they are asking good amount of money for certification and also some of looking fake.
So i am requesting u all however is reading this and have any idea about good institute in Bangalore.who can give training and cerficate in HR to update my skills. Please let me know.
