How can we boost/develop the communication skills of employees?

Organise for Group discussions. Give them some topic ask them to discuss. Observe do not disturb in the middle. Suggest where they need to improve. Advise them to read news papers in the morning, listen to English news etc.

Can organise for Training classes aswell. But self initiative from the employee is more important. You can't spoon feed everytime.
