Dear seniors, I work as an HR manager in a company. When I started to join the former HR manager handed over to me. The company is renewed again, former JV has been stopped. Leadership who is my supervisor isn't in the company and he will arrive soon.
The case is - the former manager is also in the office and he is still working on the HR process. He will go to another division and another unit at the end of this month. Can you guide me on what should I do?
