Dear member,

While raising the query it is expected that the querist gives the basic information like the nature of the industry, designation of the person involved, length of service, the number of reportees, and why the employer has gone to the extent of stopping the Full and Final Settlement. Secondly, this is a formal HR forum. Therefore, it is expected that the members maintain a formal tone and refrain from using the language used on social media.

Therefore, I request you to write your post clearly and give sufficient background information. Unless we understand the complete facts of the case, it will not be feasible to give a credible solution. Furthermore, it will save time on both sides too.

Thanks,

Thanks for writing me,
I would like to explain you here exactly the matter is I got hired on work from home basis by the owner of IT company. I wasn't that aware of the situation running with them, they used multiple lies at the time of my joining and after 2 months they took my access abruptly without any formal mail only a call within 5 minutes all access removed. At the same day they told me on call to clear my fnf n later asked me to wait for 45 days but after that they blocked my no.n not even replying of my single mail. Same thing he has done with multiple employees. I need to know what can be best way to get my all dues clear. My 1.5 months salary and experince letter is pending and it's already 2 months gone of my last working day he is not responding of anything.
