Dear All,
I am working as a HR Professional in a newly started ITES Company( 3 months old).
We have planned to go for PF next month and ESIC some time later as we are only 25 in number.
Is this way acceptable or we need to go for both PF and ESIC together.
I searched for all of your previous posts. But couldnt find any relevant info to my query.
Pls kindly help.
