Dear Learner, Please let me know the impact of the recent PF clarification guideline 24.02.2022 where they have mentioned that PF to be deducted for NEEM trainees. What is your interpretation of the applicability of PF.
1. Whether in case of NEEM are being engaged thru any institute where their education is in the process and they have been thru final assessment for getting a specific degree
2. If they have been engaged thru courses which has been approved by specific industry and their assessment to be done thru industry by own or thru third party agency
