Hi Every one, Ours is a startup company with below 20 employees, Unknowingly our previous employees have registered for PF and they have deducted PF for employees as well for 1 month. Now I need some advice on what to do, I am not sure when the employee's strength will become more than 20 employees.

If Employees and Employer are willing, there is no harm in deducting PF contributions from employees' salary and depositing with PF authorities.

Once you have registered for PF, you will continue to deduct and pay the PF and file the returns. There is no provision to cancel the same. Please remember you have to file NIL return if none of the employees are covered in PF
