Will i need to Pay ESI, if i am paying Health Insurance for my employees?
My company will come under Factories Act (Manufacturing Unit). We have decided to take group health insurance for each and every employee irrespective of their salary. Since, i am paying the health Insurance will i need to pay ESI also for the employees who has less salary than 20k ?
