Hi Team, I am looking out for latest leave policy. Mandatory leaves that as go in to policy as per Karnataka State Labor Laws.

If your organization fall under the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, AL and SL are mandatory. Maternity Leave is anyway mandatory, irrespective of Shops or Factory. The given snapshot will give you clarity.
