Hi, I am working for a company based in Bahrain where a good number of Expatriates and Local Bahrainis are working. I was asked by the management to set up a Charity / Donation Policy to staff, the intention being, a contribution of a certain amount to poor and needy employees who seeks support from the company for their Children medical treatment or Studies or Home construction etc.

I have created a draft policy on this aspect. i would like to know suggestions related to what the should be the criteria, how priority should be decided, what should be the limit to be decided, how the amounts should be disbursed etc.

Seeking advise.
