I had a doubt with regards to PL.

1. How to do give PL to a Probationary employee after completing his probation ? for instance, one employee has joined the company on 2nd July 2021 and his probation period will end on 2nd Jan 2021. So, While following the calendar year how are we supposed to give him PL ? Since he does not fall under the 240 days criteria as he has joined in between. It will really gratefully if you can help me with the calculation

If he is confirmed, you should give him PL for the previous year (but credited to his account this year).

The amount of leave depends on which act he falls under.
In all acts, there are provisions for those who joined halfway during the year
