Hi, I have 3 and half years of experience in retail banking as a teller and 3 yrs as a phone banker but my 3 yrs of phone banker experience did not count in retail banking my 3 years got wasted. Now I am getting frustrated with the working culture and sales pressure in this sector, feeling stuck also in my career. I need advice can I switch my stream or which stream I need to choose where I can use my experience.
