HI, Good Morning!! Can some one help me with the below query. I have joined service based company 7 days back and now i got an offer from product based company so I have resigned from the current service based company i have informed through mail and even call also. initially HR called me and they said we will drop my candidature, again they called me and they want to revise my CTC and they spoke well but I denied it because of the work environment is not good, later now they are threatening me and telling they will put my details in the NASSCOM blocklist, and they are telling me to serve the notice period of 90 days, I don't know if they blocklist me in the NASSCOM how it will affect my future career?
