Hi All, We follow 06 days working in a week. If any employee repetitively presents only for 2/3 days in every week and balance days in a week if he is absent, does he qualify for his scheduled weekly off every week ?? or his 1st weekly off should be considered on 7th day of his presence at work which may come after 03 weeks in a month (considering 02 days presence in each week)?

As per law, your are required to pay for weekly off only when the person has worked for 6 days in a week. Therefore legally you may be justified in denying the leave to that person.
However, few companies do that as it will give rise to dissatisfaction or even industrial action, which no one wants. If you are facing a problem with a particular employee who is habitually absent, you need to issue showcases notice and initiate disciplinary enquiry following the rules.
Most companies also have the sandwich rule, which means if he is absent on Saturday and Monday both, the weekly off in the middle is denied.
But tread carefully as the solution may result in a bigger problem for you
