Dear Sir, I am working in an MNC, based in Delhi. The company provide me 2 fixed weekly off i.e. Saturday and Sunday. I would require the leaves for 10 days for my personal work, which includes my week offs in it.
Shall I mark my leaves separate from the weekly offs or it would consider the whole 10 days' leaves?

It is a totally policy matter, it differ company to company. Check what company policy speak about it.
In most of companies if weekly off fall in the midst of the applied leave it will treated as leave, but if weekly off fall either beginning or end of applied leave it will not treated as leave.
