I have joined my company 1 year ago now I am leaving the company and has given notice period of 1 week but company not accepting this and demanding 1 month notice period and not giving me reliving letter ..but at the time of joining there is no contract signed and as far I know most people give 1 week notice period in the company ... can company deny for relieving letter and work certificate??
