In ESIC we have to file an accident report online if an employee suffers an accident within the premises of business factory place.
My question is whether an employee suffers an accident at home does the employer have to file an accident report in 24 hrs for the accident not happened on employer premises? Its mandatory for an employer to file an accident report in esic for even if the employer suffers an accident outside the employer premises say at employee home?
And what are the consequences of the employer don’t file an accident report in 24 hrs
