HI everyone, I am working in a nursing home/hospital in Delhi, this is under partnership firm, Please help me with the terms and conditions of an appointment letter.

There is no separate format for hospitals nor a partnership kind of establishment but you should include all the terms and conditions of service like, salary with full break up and deductions, probation period, if any, manner in which confirmation is made, terminal clause, if required, during probation and after confirmation, notice period during probation and once confirmed, age of superannuation, discipline, dress code, code of conduct, applicability of service rules as per employee manual, transferability, shift working and any other information that you want to make the employee known before he/ she joins.
