Registration under ESI Act - Required or not? If required whose jurisdiction to get him registered?

A person is working as an accountant at 3 places (part time) taking Rs. 6000/- from each establishment. The total emoluments being Rs. 18,000/- per month.

All the three establishments are covered under ESI & PF act.

Whether the person is required to be registered under ESI Act as the total monthly emoluments is Rs. 18000/- less than exemption limit for remaining out of ESI coverage.

If yes, which employer (1/2/3) will get him registered?

How employee's & employer's (1/2/3) contribution is required to be calculated for different (1/2/3) employers.

Which employee will collect the employee's share of contribution.

And how the contribution of 3 different employers is required to be deposited with ESI for single employee registration.
