Hi All, I hope you are safe and healthy. I am writing to get guidance and information on how and where I can find information relating to HR. To give you a background, I am working with an insuretech startup for 1year. Being a startup, the system and processes are new or just in the phase of setting up. I am the only HR here although I have help from other admin members. The company is 4years old.
I do search on citehr to read up on various topics from time to time, however, I wanted to know if there is any website or group through which I can be apprised of what and how of day-to-day activities that an HR must handle.
