Salary Structure to be verified for PF contribution - appointed one Contractor of Logistics Services for material movement

We have appointed one Contractor in our Factory who is providing Logistics Services for material movement.
He has provided Salary Breakup for his Contract employees. Can you please check & confirm if this salary structure correct?
