The employee has passed away, service of 4 years 3 months, please suggest how to calculate the gratuity amount in that case.

Pl calculate gratuity using the formula = Last drawn salary (basic salary plus dearness allowance) X 4 (*number of completed years of service) X 15/26.
* The time period of over six months or more is considered as one year so it is only 4 years of completed service
