Due to recent changes of details of age in aadhar card, there are two different dates in esic card and aadhar which is not same can i still claim esi benefits if age is different and right now my father is in hospital icu for treatment of brain stroke.

Yes you can avail ESIC benefit, for this you need to get declaration/letter from employer stating that "Due to clerical error they mentioned wrong DOB in ESIC record & the employee is currently working with them, mentioning correct DOB"
You can submit letter/declaration to the ESIC hospital, they will do the needful.
