There are few suggestions:
1.You can have a scheme of honouring employees completing lank mark years of services for all cadres/levels viz., 5, 10,15,20,25 & 30 etc.
2. If really you wish make it a one in a life time it can start from 10 yrs onwards.
3.And 30 yrs is a remarkable in one's career and has to make it a cherishable one.
To mark these milestones, every employees who complete these land marks will be provided with a certificate with suitable citation signed by the HoD. & HR to start with, then on to the Head of office, and finally by the MD/CEO etc.
4. In addition, mementos inscribing their names and occasion will be traditionally adopted by many firms.
5.If you wish, you can make it memorable by granting either advance increment or additional increment or placing them on a 'selection grade'(as followed in govt.sector) will be fitting.
6.A working lunch or dinner on such occasion, pin-up their photos at the entrance of offices/work places with suitable citation is added attraction.
7.For special occasions like 20 years and above, even family members could be invited to the office during presentation and will join for lunch to be hosted by office.
8.If you are running an office magazine/news letter, publication with fitting citation will be welcome.
Sure you would have come across all the above. More novel ideas can be thought out which would encourage sincere & loyal employees.
