I am a trainee and as my first project necessity, I have to design the HR policy manual (Director's and employees seperate) for a 500-employee multi-country company (water-treatment specialists).

I am looking for something on Gratuity rules in Sharjah, Dubai, Egypt, India, Saudi as well to add to this policy manual.
