Corporate is looking for an option to do wage reduction for all employee whereas the business unit in India is generating revenue, after all allocations & payments Indian Unit is registering profit as per Indian Financial every year. It is possible to reduce monthly pay of employees when the performance of the company is average if not better? Looking for suggestions & advise, I know till COVID 19 situation no pay cut is allowed but for how long? Management do not want to understand anything.
