Hello All, I am confused regarding Validity of Building stability certificate in Jodhpur, Rajasthan as per Rajasthan factories act. Can anyone please describe the validity period for the certificate. We got the certificate in the year 2017. Thank you in advance!!

If I correctly remembering, there is no validity for the stability certificate of the buildings as per Rajasthan Factory Rules. It needs to be there for all the buildings before the start of the manufacturing process.
Further, you can cross-check/confirm this with the competent person who issues the stability certificate to your factory.
Many states have it specifically mentioned in the rules… Some states specified it as five years.
