What is the exact rules and what is action i can take against them. i don't want to go legally as i still want to continue with them due to time flexibility. Please suggest...

Hi,
If you Employer is covered under MB Act then he is supposed sanction Maternity Benefit Act. In case employer denies to sanction you can represent to Assistant Commissioner of Labour of your jurisdiction. No other go you need to address it legally.
