We are an organisation having business Gas industry. We are a new set up and yet to launch in the market; we are in project phase. One of our project is getting kick start @ Haldia, West Bengal and I am applying for RC – contract labour through “Shram Suvidha “ a central Portal.
We are facing difficulty to understand and identify the stated documents which needs to be uploaded on portal:
1. Authority issued by HOD for declaration of Principal Employer: Our PE is director himself, what document we should provide in this regard.
2. Certification of Head of Establishment : What exactly this means? Certification of What?
You are requested to provide draft of such letters if you have applied through “Suvidha Portal”
