Dear Member, I need your support in designing charge sheet for below situation:
A worker and his five colleagues were horsing around during lunch hour causing lot of commotion. After Lunch break they continue to talk and laugh and occasionally horse and play around. This resulted in other workers also responding. Supervisor told them to calm down but they didn't. Two workers were called by the supervisor of different department for work-related consultation. out of six workers, four were permanent and two were temporary workers. If their behaviour is considered as misconduct, then design a legally and technically comprehensive charge sheet?
