You can do that provided you have space. However there should not be any nexus between the factory employees and residential / guest houses. Separate bifurcation should be made and exclude the residential area from the Factory site approved plan, and the revised plan should be approved by the Inspector of Factories. Entry from the guest house / residential area should be through the approved entrance under Factories Act
